Our story

Over 25 Years Of Excellence

McKenzie Valve & Machining LLC was placed in McKenzie, Tennessee and started producing the UTLX brand of valves and tank car components in 1997. The facility is centrally located in a 40,000+ square foot manufacturing facility conveniently located with access to major transportation venues for fast and efficient delivery to customers.

McKenzie Valve has increased its customer base outside of those facilities. The Tennessee facility was created by relocating the machinery and designs from the East Chicago facility. By bringing in new equipment, McKenzie Valve was able to more than double the existing valve manufacturing capacity.

Over the past decade, McKenzie Valve has continually improved. The teamwork seen at McKenzie Valve is a testimony to the culture that exists and the superior effort that is put forth to make high quality products.
